CALL FOR PARTICIPATION
Sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society Technical Committee on Parallel
Processing, IPDPS is an annual gathering of computer scientists from
around the world and serves as a forum to present and discuss the
latest research findings in all aspects of parallel and distributed
computing. IPDPS 2015 will host India-specific workshop events to
facilitate interaction with Indian researchers and promote possible
collaboration. Visit the IPDPS Website at www.ipdps.org regularly to
see information on several ways to participate and to learn details as
the program for 2015 develops.

IPDPS Workshops provide attendees an opportunity to explore special
topics and are a major part of the IPDPS week-long family of events.
Each workshop has its own requirements and schedule for submissions
and all are linked from the IPDPS Website. Most have a due date for
submissions later than the author notification date for regular
conference papers. Visit the IPDPS Website after September for links
to the workshops being organized for IPDPS 2015 in Hyderabad, India.

IPDPS PhD Student Program will include a PhD Forum event which offers
graduate students an opportunity to present a research poster
describing their ongoing dissertation to the entire IPDPS conference
audience. The conference will also organize mentoring sessions for
students related to research topics, scientific writing and
presentation skills.

== About the Proceedings ==

The 19th International Conference on Types for Proofs and Programs
(TYPES 2013) was held in Toulouse, France from April 22 to 26, 2013,
consisting of the main conference and several satellite events. The
conference was attended by close to hundred scientists. Three invited
talks and 34 contributed talks were given at the meeting, and we got 22
submissions to these open post-proceedings, out of which 13 papers were
accepted. In this volume one can find papers on the following topics:
analysis of the classical principles in intuitionistic calculi, type
isomorphisms for intersection types, monads and their semantics in
functional programming languages, realizability, extensions of type
theory, extensions of linear logic, models of type theory, control
operators in type systems, formal verification of programs, program
extraction, compiler formalization and modelling of natural language
features. All papers obtained at least two reviews, and up to six
reviews, counting a second round of review.

== About the TYPES Meeting ==

The Types Meeting is a forum to present new and on-going work in all
aspects of type theory and its applications, especially in formalized
and computer assisted reasoning and computer programming. Since 1992,
Types Meetings have been annual workshops of several multilateral
scientific EU-financed projects, of which the Types Project was the most
recent. Although organized in Europe, the meetings were always open
internationally, as evidenced by invited speakers and authors of
contributed talks.

required to read the appendices, so the paper should be intelligible
without them. All submissions must be written in English. Authors must
submit their papers by the deadline indicated below, using the
EasyChair web site (using the link
http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=fps2014) and following
the requirements stated there. All papers will be refereed. The
submitted contribution should be formatted according to Springer's
LNCS style. Submissions by PhD students as well as surveys and
controversial ideas are encouraged. Case studies (successful or not)
are also encouraged.

Authors should indicate whether their paper is a "position paper" to
differentiate them from regular ones (you mention "Position paper" in
the title).

Publication
-----------

Proceedings will be published by Springer-Verlag in the Lecture Notes
in Computer Science (LNCS) series. At least one author of each
accepted paper must register to the symposium, by the date indicated
by the organizers, and present the paper.
