inclusion to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
In addition, BEST registered papers will be published in one of the following
special issues provided that the author do major improvements and extension
within the time frame that will be set by the conference and his/her paper is approved by the chief editor:

** PAPER SUBMISSION **

Researchers are encouraged to submit their work electronically.
Full paper must be submitted (Abstracts are not accepted).
Submitted paper should be limited to a maximum length of 6 pages
(Letter size, single space, Times Roman of font size 10, two columns format),
including figures, tables and references.
All papers will be fully refereed by a minimum of two specialized referees.
Before final acceptance, all referees comments must be considered.
Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
Best papers awards will be distributed during the conference.

** ORGANIZE A SPECIAL SESSION **

Researchers are welcome to organize special session.
The session should be within a very specific topic.

The conference will list the session on the web.
The session chair will manage the publicity of his session.
It is expected that each session will attract 5 registered papers.
The session chair will get a free registration for one of his papers.

The submission and the reviewing process for the papers of the sessions
will be managed jointly between the chair and the conference.
The chair can take the responsibility of the reviewing with the help of other researchers.
However, the conference will get all the reviewing reports at the end.

All paper submissions must represent original and unpublished work. Each submission will be peer reviewed by at least three program committee members. Submission of a paper should be regarded as an undertaking that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will register for the conference and present the work.

Paper Submission

The submission should contain a scholarly exposition of ideas, techniques, and results, including motivation and a clear comparison with related work.
The main text, including title, abstract, and references, should not exceed 12 pages in LIPIcs style and may include an optional appendix.
They must not be submitted simultaneously to another conference with refereed proceedings or to a journal.
Drafts which contain essentially the same results as papers under review in other conferences or journals cannot be submitted to ISAAC 2016.

At least one author of an accepted paper is required to present the paper at the conference as a registered participant.

Publication

For the first time the proceedings will be published in the Leibniz International Proceedings in Informatics (LIPIcs) series, based at Schloss Dagstuhl.
Best Paper Awards
The Best Paper Award and the Best Student Paper Award will be awarded.
A paper is eligible for the Best Student Paper Award if all authors are full-time students at the time of submission. To indicate that a submission is eligible, please add the phrase "Eligible for the Best Student Paper Award" in the abstract.

Postdoctoral Position in Algorithms
TU Munich

A postdoctoral position in the area of efficient algorithms is available in
the research group of Prof. Susanne Albers, Department of Computer Science,
Technical University of Munich (TU Munich).

The position will be funded by a new ERC Advanced Grant entitled "APEG:
Algorithmic Performance Guarantees" that addresses innovative research
in the
fields of approximation algorithms, online algorithms and algorithmic
game theory.
Therefore, the postdoc should have a research interest in at least one
of these areas.

The position provides a competitive 12 month salary with standard benefits.
The initial appointment is for a period of one year. The expected start
date of
the position is fall/winter 2016/17.

The successful candidate should have a PhD degree in computer science or
mathematics. Furthermore, he/she should be interested in collaborating with
PhD students. The application material should include (1) a cover letter
describing
the interest in the position, (2) a CV and list of publications, (3) a
short
research summary, and (4) the names and contact information of at least
two references. The material should be sent electronically to
