Paper Submission

Submitted manuscripts must be formatted in standard IEEE US Letter Format:http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html and must be submitted via EasyChair (https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=cbd2014) as PDF files. The review version is limited to 8 pages (IEEE proceedings format), including references and illustrations. Submitted papers should not be previously published in or be under consideration for publication in another conference or journal. Submission of a paper should be regarded as an undertaking that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will attend the conference to present the paper.

CALL FOR WORKSHOPS AND TUTORIALS
NetSys 2015
2nd International Conference on Networked Systems

The Conference on Networked Systems (NetSys?15) provides an
international forum for engineers and scientists in academia, and
industry to discuss recent innovations in the realm of networked
systems - including aspects of distributed systems, networking,
communications, middleware, and applications.
NetSys?15 offers the opportunity for arranging workshops and presenting
tutorials on current topics in networked systems at the conference
venue before and after the main conference.
*WORKSHOPS*
Workshops at NetSys?15 should provide a platform to present current
research activities on a special topic related to communications and
distributed systems. Workshops can be held on Thursday, March 12th,
2015 afternoon (half-day workshops) as well as Friday, March 13th, 2015
(half or full-day).
Workshop proceedings can be included in the IEEE conference proceedings
if the workshop organizers can meet the following criteria:
- Review process needs to be equivalent to the NetSys? reviewing
process, i.e.: 3 independent reviews per paper,
- List of (accepted/proposed) TPC members of the workshops shall be
included in the workshop proposal,
- Camera-ready papers need to be delivered at the same date as the main
conference papers and need to stick to the same formatting guidelines.
If an inclusion in the IEEE conference proceedings is not requested,
workshop organizers will be free to organize the acceptance / review
process for their workshops as well as their deadlines and submission
procedures without restriction.
*TUTORIALS*
The organizing committee of Netsys?15 invites proposals for tutorials
to be held on March 09th, 2015 in Cottbus.

The Department of Mathematics of the Escuela Polit?cnica Nacional (EPN)
invites all researchers and practitioners in the field of pure and
applied Mathematics to send their contributions and to take part of the
XIV Meeting of Mathematics and its Applications. The meeting is a
biennial academic event dedicated to the difussion and discussion of
current topics in mathematics and its applications. The meeting is
addressed to researchers, faculty members, private consultants and
students. The event will be held in the Campus of the Escuela
Polit?cnica Nacional from the 1st to the 5th of September 2014. The
meeting will be divided into plenary and semi-plenary talks (invited
speakers), and short sessions where the participants will present their
contributions. Together with the meeting there will be short courses and
a mini-workshop on ?Numerical modelization of meteorologic phenomena?
organized by ModeMat and INOCAR.
The oficial language of the meeting is Spanish, although contibutions in
English are welcome as well.
